Amar is Managing Partner at FIDUAM Luxembourg.
He has been working in Luxembourg since 2007. He has worked for large Luxembourg TRUST companies such as MERCURIA SERVICES (PSF) and INTERTRUST Luxembourg (PSF).
He has extensive experience in the daily management of SOPARFIS, SPF, commercial entities, non-regulated funds (AIF, AIFM) and in the management of real estate structures.
He managed entities for large European and American groups but he also worked for natural persons.
He holds a Master in Business Management (Institute of Business Administration “I.A.E” from Lille – France).
He specializes in the following areas of practice:
– all Luxgaap and Frenchgaap accounting tasks
– all tax tasks in Luxembourg (tax declarations, VAT returns, etc.)
– all administrative and legal tasks in Luxembourg (company law)
Finally, Amar is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants (OEC)
He speaks French and he is fluent English.
